New CD copy-protection

I read in Rolling Stone that Sony BMG and EMI music labels have put a new copy-protection on some of their new CD's that isn't compatible with importing songs with iTunes. CD's include DMB's Stand Up, Foo Fighter's In Your Honor, and Switchfoot's new release.
